Grammar: word;Suhoor is the name of a light meal eaten at night before daylight appears and the period of fasting begins. Eating suhoor is highly recommended and it makes fasting easier and full of blessings.Suhoor is the name of the meal before fasting begins and futoor is the name of the meal after fasting ends. Muslims fast during daylight hours in the month of Ramadhan and eat before and after the daylight fasting periods.
